    (6) Investment income。Investment income refers to the income obtained by grassroots trade unions from foreign investments in accordance with relevant regulations。

    Article 24Grassroots trade unions are not allowed to use trade union funds for expenses other than serving employees and carrying out trade union activities。

    (4) Unit administration is not allowed to use union accounts,Illegal establishment of “small treasury”。

    (5) Union accounts are not allowed to be merged into unit administrative accounts,Making union expenditures out of control。

    (6) It is not allowed to withhold or misappropriate trade union funds.

    (7) Do not use union funds to participate in illegal fund-raising activities,Or provide financial guarantee for illegal fund-raising activities。

    (8) Trade union funds are not allowed to be used to reimburse expenses unrelated to trade union activities。
