9.Product consistency

Factory consistency control requirements for fire emergency lighting and evacuation indicating system products

To ensure factory mass productionwithConformity of samples that have passed the type test,The production of type-approved products shall meet the consistency control requirements specified in this document。

1 Product consistency control file

1.1 The factory should establish and maintain type approval product consistency control documents,The consistency control file should include at least:

1) Design requirements for specific type approved product models、Product structure description、Bill of materials (should include the models of key components used、Main parameters and suppliers) and other technical documents;

2) Production process technology for specific products、Produce ingredient lists and other production control documents;

3) Product inspection (including incominggoodsInspection、Production process inspection、Routine inspection and confirmation inspection of finished products)request、Quality control documents such as methods and related resource conditions and equipment;

4) Changes to products after certification (including standards、Craftsmanship、Key parts and other changes) control、Program files such as logo usage management。

1.2 Product design standards or specifications should be one of the contents of the consistency control document,The requirements should be no less than the standard requirements specified in the type approval implementation rules for the product。

2 Inspection of key parts and materials/Verification

Factories should establish and maintain procedures for inspection or verification of key components and materials provided by suppliers,To ensure that key parts and materials meet the requirements stipulated in type approval。

Inspection of key parts and materials can be carried out by the factory,Can also be done by the supplier。When inspected by supplier,Factories should set clear inspection requirements for suppliers.

Factories should keep key parts and material inspection or verification records、Conformity certificate and relevant inspection data provided by the supplier。

3 Consistency of mass production products

The factory should take appropriate measures,Ensure that mass-produced type-approved products are consistent with type-test qualified samples in at least the following aspects:

1)Product nameplate、logo、Product name indicated on the instructions and packaging、Specifications and models;

2) Product structure, size and installation method;

3) Power supply for the product、Safety Structure、Safety components、Main components that affect electromagnetic compatibility performance、Key components that affect function and performance。

4 Routine inspection and confirmation inspection 

4.1 The factory should develop and maintain documented routine inspection and confirmation inspection procedures,To verify that the product meets specified requirements。Inspection items should be included in the inspection procedure、Content、Method、Judgment criteria, etc.。Inspection records should be kept。

4.2 Routine inspection is a 100% inspection of products on the production line at the final stage of production,After usual inspection,Except packaging and labeling,No further processing。Routine inspections are permitted using proven equivalent rapid online inspection methods。Routine inspection should include at least the following inspection items:

1) Fire emergency lighting: basic function test、Insulation resistance test, withstand voltage test;

2) Emergency lighting controller: basic functionsTestInsulation resistance test, withstand voltage test;

3) Special emergency power supply for fire emergency lighting (fire emergency lighting centralized power supply): basic functionsTest, charge and discharge test,Insulation resistance test、Withstand voltage test、Repeated conversion test、Conversion voltage test。

The factory production site should have the inspection capabilities for the above-mentioned corresponding type approval product inspection items。

4.3 Confirmation inspection is a sampling inspection conducted to verify that the product continues to meet standard requirements。Confirmation inspection should include at least the following inspection items:

1. Fire emergency lighting:Inspection before test,Charge、Discharge test、Repeated conversion test、Conversion voltage test、Charge and discharge endurance test,Ground resistance、Low temperature test、Constant heat and humidity test、Vibration test;

2. Emergency lighting controller:Inspection before test,Ground resistanceLow temperature test、Constant humidity and heat test, electrostatic discharge immunity test, power transientTestRF electromagnetic field radiation immunity test;

3. Special emergency power supply for fire emergency lighting (fire emergency lighting centralized power supply)Inspection before test,Charge and discharge endurance test,Ground resistance test,Constant humidity and heat test, electrostatic discharge immunity test, surge (impact)Immunity test, power transientTest, voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage changesImmunity test.

Confirmation inspection items that the factory does not have inspection conditions,You can entrust a testing laboratory with corresponding capabilities for inspection。

5 Change control of certified products

Factories should establish documented change control procedures,Ensure product design、Key parts and materials used as well as production processes、Changes in inspection conditions and other factors are effectively controlled。The certified products involve the following changes,Factories should declare to the certification body before implementation,Execution only after approval:

1) Changes in product design (principle, structure, etc.);

2) Changes in key parts and key materials used in products;

3) Changes in key processes, processes and production equipment;

4) Routine inspection and confirmation of changes in inspection conditions and methods;

5)Relocation of production site、Changes such as version change of production quality system;

6) Other changes that may affect compliance with relevant standards or consistency of type test samples。
