(4) Orphaned and disabled students;

(5) Children of martyrs;

(7) Other students who have no financial resources to support their normal studies.

Article 12  Students or schools who can prove one of the following behaviors，Cannot be recognized as a student from a family with financial difficulties，Each university can refer to the implementation according to the local economic level:
